GoGoWin (gogowin.im) is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated under a licence issued by the Curaçao eGaming authority. The platform is operated by GoGoWin Entertainment Ltd.

• Each person may hold one account only.

GoGoWin reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested prior to large withdrawals or in cases of suspicious activity.

If an account is opened using false information, GoGoWin may close the account at any time and funds held in that account may not be returned.

• Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit, where applicable.

• Each bonus can only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated.
• The Welcome Bonus is for new members only — the same person cannot claim it across multiple accounts.
• GoGoWin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.
• Any improper strategy used to abuse bonuses (such as betting pattern manipulation) will result in the bonus being void.
• For cashback bonuses, cashback is calculated at a set rate based on your net losses for the week.

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.

• Using GoGoWin for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or defraud other players.

• Harassing, intimidating, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other users.

GoGoWin reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• For breach of any provision of these Terms.
• If false information provided during registration is confirmed.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• In cases of suspicious financial activity.
• As required by court order or regulatory authority directive.

If an account is closed and a valid balance remains, GoGoWin will determine whether to refund the amount following an investigation. Balances may be forfeited in cases of fraudulent activity.

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team.

GoGoWin is not liable for:

• Game interruptions caused by technical issues, server downtime, or loss of internet connection.
• Payment delays caused by third-party service providers (such as bKash or Nagad).
• Account credentials or password leaked due to the user's own negligence.
• Service unavailability due to circumstances beyond GoGoWin's control.

That said, GoGoWin always strives to maintain maximum uptime and is committed to resolving any technical issues as quickly as possible.

GoGoWin reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• For major changes, notice will be given at least 7 days in advance via your registered email or on the site.
• For minor amendments, only the "Last Updated" date on the page will change.
• Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. GoGoWin operates under a licence issued by the Curaçao eGaming Authority.

In the event of a dispute, GoGoWin's internal dispute resolution process must be followed first. If the matter remains unresolved, both parties may agree to settle it through mediation.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
